Moving a business without stopping it
An office move in San Francisco has moving parts a home move does not: building management on both ends, freight elevator reservations, certificates of insurance, IT equipment, and employees who need to work Friday and again Monday. Our job is to make the move invisible to your customers.
- Walkthrough and a written move plan: what moves, when, and in what order
- Certificate of insurance (COI) issued for both buildings: most SF high-rises require one
- Evening and weekend crews so you do not lose business hours
- Desk-to-desk relocation: labeled contents land at the right seat in the new office
- Disassembly and reassembly of desks, conference tables, and shelving
- Monitor, server, and electronics handling with anti-static packing
What it costs
Commercial moves are quoted after a short walkthrough (in person or by video). You get one number, approved before the move, that covers crew, truck, materials, and the plan. For multi-phase relocations we price each phase separately so finance knows exactly what is coming.
Frequently asked questions
Can you move us over a weekend?
Yes: most office moves we do run Friday evening through Sunday, so your team leaves one office on Friday and starts in the new one on Monday.
Our building requires a COI. Can you provide one?
Yes. We issue certificates of insurance naming your building management as required, for both the origin and destination buildings.
Do you move IT equipment?
Yes: monitors, workstations, and small server setups, packed with anti-static materials. For large server rooms we coordinate with your IT team on sequencing.
